i-House Becomes Japan’s Karuitaku Timeshare Resort Sole Agent in China

We are excited to announce that i-House has become the sole agent of Japan’s Karuitaku Timeshare Resort! This allows us operate their entire pre-sale. Our team is continuously putting their efforts on working with different organizations to promote the benefits of using blockchain technology. At this early stage in i-House’s history, we have already received recognition from the international market and many organizations. Our current goal is to continue to promote blockchain to the real estate community, so this partnership is a major step to make i-House a world-renowned company.

The Karuitaku Timeshare Resort is located in an extremely advantageous geographical location, showcasing its solar energy and underground mineral water. In fact, the building is made out of many top quality materials and has been designed by many experienced designers. The scale of the 150,000 square meter project has exceeded RMB 3.5 billion ($509,022,500 USD).

Recently, we have introduced the ATO (Asset Token Offering) concept to the blockchain space, and the Karuitaku resort is actually the first project to announce their integration with this new form of funding. Through cooperating with this project, i-House is demonstrating the combination of blockchain technology with traditional real estate which can prove that blockchain will bring many benefits to traditional real estate owners and the whole real estate industry as a whole. Not many people recognize the potential of this technology. However, blockchain will allow us to record data in a highly convenient way which will ensure us that each transaction is traceable which will improve overall efficiency.
