i-House.com Attends Impact Sprint Event in Switzerland
Between November 22nd to the 24th i-House.com attended the Impact Sprint event in Zürich, Switzerland. The Impact Sprints are a way for companies to showcase their early stage prototypes and solutions to key government decision makers. i-House.com Chief Marketing Officer Brian Hui and Europe Director Robin Luo were both invited to partake in the event. The focus of the Impact Sprint was on project applications of blockchain technology and how a security token offering (STO) could disrupt the traditional real estate industry.
There were some high-profile attendees who attended the event including Zurich’s Parliamentary Leader Severin Pflüger, Education and Research Ministry Director Johann Schneider Ammann, and the State of Zurich’s former Liberal Democratic Party chairwoman Doris Fiala. “We warmly welcome the arrival of the i-House.com team to Switzerland,” said Sprint Event Organizer David Young. “We like what they had to share regarding their blockchain solutions and how it could benefit Switzerland and were able better understand the future applications of blockchain in different industries.”
i-House.com disrupted the blockchain and real estate industries by coming up with the asset tokenization offering (ATO) concept, and now the deployment of STO, which has brought new opportunities to real estate developers and investors. Financing is the most pertinent element that gets in the way of quick real estate development and it is also an important guarantee in the later stages of real estate projects in terms of market operations and services.
i-House.com’s hopes that its time in Switzerland helped its leaders to brainstorm ideas for future city development. Being a part of such an event shows the positive feedback from other countries and cities regarding our company’s projects, business model, and concepts. In the near future, i-House.com will actively accelerate the pace of cooperation with local governments and real estate investors worldwide.
