Securitized Token Offerings are a multi-trillion-dollar opportunity. Since the creation of the cryptocurrency space, many investors have been investing in a fundraising tool called an “ICO” which guarantees the right to a “utility token”, but this form of fundraising does not give the investor real equity into their investment.
