Jonn Hart channels an MC Hammer classic in his ‘Hammertime’

Los Angeles, CA / New York, NY — Friday, September 15th, 2017 — With a sound as infectious as his spirited ambition, Jonn Hart is turning heads — and ears. The young Bay Area singer/songwriter, premiered his new video for “Hammertime” exclusively on REVOLT today.

When asked about the song, Jonn Hart detailed, “I’ve had the idea to make a song called HammerTime for some years now. When I was in the studio with my producer Clayton William and we flipped “U Can’t Touch This” by MC Hammer, the rest was history. I left the studio that night with a Crazy SLAP paying homage to MC Hammer and The Bay.”

With “Hammertime” Jonn gives us a vibe while we still have a bit of summer to enjoy it. With features from Nef The Pharaoh and Clyde Carson, and a cameo by MC Hammer himself, this truly is the Bay personified.
