Abstract
This research paper explores the use of association mining approach for customer behavior analytics using machine learning techniques. The aim of this study is to identify patterns and associations between customer behaviors, and develop models that can predict future customer behavior. The paper discusses the different types of association mining algorithms and their applications in customer analytics. The results of this study show that the use of association mining approach is effective in uncovering hidden relationships between customer behaviors, and can provide valuable insights for businesses looking to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
