It is a deep fried ham which is very popular dish in Izakaya(Japanese-style tavern) especially in Kanto area(the eastern part of Japan around Tokyo). The crispy texture of the fried flour sounds exciting, and the hot meat juice that explodes in your mouth will drive you crazy when you bite it. Cold beer perfectly goes well with it.
