Omuraisu

Omuraisu is an abbreviation of “omelette rice” in Japanese. It’s fried rice with vegetables, ham, chicken and ketchup. It is usually rapped with a thin egg crepe, but this omuraisu has an omelette on the top.

Cut the omelette

You cut the omelette before you eat. Then, the hot, fluffy and soft omelette flows like a volcano eruption.

With tomato sauce

The tart flavor of tomato sauce makes the dish more delicious. Mix all of them and enjoy the flavor and smooth touch on your tongue. Oh, I love runny, almost-cooked eggs.
