A Marathon — Not a Sprint

If ever you find yourself with twenty-six odd miles to run, common sense would tell you not to set out at a flat-out sprint. Instead, it’d go on, you should pace yourself. That’s what marathon runners do.

The same goes for long-term weight loss. Pace yourself.
