From high up in the Dangrek mountains, Daniel Blake looks south, his view is one of sprawling banana groves, flame trees, and lemon-colored colonial buildings, their rotting balconies visible through the deepening orange of dusk, contrasting with the mottled fungus infecting the red tiled roof of a nearby Buddhist temple.
