Each song takes a long time to birth, however, it is a wonderful day when passion meets art. Each unique creative soul makes a difference, and we are the voice for so many bizarre and beautiful creatures who have no voice.
It was lovely that so many folks took the time to celebrate the eclipse, but what about the moon and sun everyday?
Are we too busy to wonder where our clean drinking water comes from?
Are we too busy to appreciate where our clean breathing air comes from?
Can we take a breath and look up to the clouds , or down to the ground, to marvel at creation?
Where vital resources come from matters. When humans awaken about where important things come from, we will start to care about where creative things come from. If more humans cared about where things come from, the sources, we would worry less about AI/robot writing/robot songwriting, etc. Air and water matter. Raising awareness about pollution affecting our air and water is a strong start.
Life is hard and adulting is harder, but maybe this is your year to give Earth some keystrokes?*
I will share with you a Medium secret…
The title of this song, Gordon Blues, came to me (it literally fell into my hands) while I was in Thailand a few years back. That’s a story for a different day!
