A gaslighter seems to never run out of tactics and will pull all the tricks out of the bag when jockeying for a position of control, to make their victim feel out of control.

It falls into the category of psychological abuse, honestly.

Gaslighting is a form of manipulation that serves a purpose of making someone doubt the validity of their thoughts, feelings, perception of reality, memories, or even their sanity.
