What a relief it was to have eaten. I cried at the memories of my lover in that restaurant. The trouble with being old and having most of your memories intact was emotional baggage.
Age without replacement parts had some advantages. But the latest rage was visiting the oldest woman alive and watching her do top-of-the-line gymnastics for fifteen minutes every 90 days. She was two hundred and eighty-three and had more than seventy percent artificial parts.
