not following rituals,
Smoothed and brushed
sandy canvas,
Wandered off,
Watered gardens,
Pottered around,
Ignored emails,
Yawned and sneezed,
Back to canvas.
Light beam
dynamic opportunity,
Placed shapes
dolmen
fitted rocks and
Gaia’s sentinel,
Grabbed coffee,
Watched and sipped.
Beam slowly
embraced rocks
revealing textures
colors and patterns,
Directing imagination
familiar thoughts and
new directions.
Dynamic study
beauty revealed
few brief hours,
Microcosm in thought,
Insights flare and
fade with inattention,
Ideas bloom in
richly colored
confusing riots
dissipating into
intuitions and feelings,
Fleeting dreams
riding chariots of light,
If only
I remembered,
