My narrative amplifies adoption.

I had a successful life as a single woman. From the perspective of an outsider, I could not ask for more in life. Blessed with an excellent education, through hard work, dedication, and resilience, the door was open for me to live the good life. I was well-educated and well-traveled. My custom-built home was lovely. Although my career was tough it was gratifying at the same time.

To me, my profession as an educator was my way of fulfilling my life’s calling. It was what I was meant to do. I empowered educators who were enrolled in a master’s program by serving as an adjunct professor of multicultural education at two universities.
