My Life Coach Goes to Jail for Cruelty

To protect this woman’s privacy (and me), I’ll use her initials I.C., but she’s so well known you’ll probably figure out who she is regardless.

Confession — #1

When I hired this seemingly savvy chick, I was young, naive and in a bad place. But I was convinced she was the real deal and a bag of chips.

Her initial take on where I stood in life was bang on. We were a perfect match. I truly believed she was good at her job and worth the cost.

I respected I.C’s opinions and therefore went along with her critiques and suggestions. So yeah, she’s had my back for a long time, and we got close — you know, besties.

That’s why it was crazy weird to see her get dragged off to jail in cuffs threatening to make my life hell when she got out.

I.C didn’t change overnight; it was gradual, casual even.
