The Necessity of the Miranda Agreement Goes to Court
How one case ruling can change lives for the better or worse.
For years as I have watched cop shows, one practice that always impressed me was when a suspect was apprehended by a cop, the cop had to read the victim their Miranda agreement, otherwise, the victim could escape the law by not having their comments used against them in an arrest case.
