Just waking up in the morning
And the be well
Quite honest with ya,
I ain’t really sleep well
Ya ever feel like your train of thought’s been derailed?
That’s when you press on Lee nails

Here’s A Quick Tale

Loss is an emotion that takes time to deal with. You can’t lose someone close to you and be perfectly fine the next day. Loss doesn’t work that way. We feel our memories bleed out of our minds, and feel the tears trickle down our faces because we can’t accept them being gone.

Suddenly, our world is amiss. We want to pick up the phone, call that person, but realize all we will receive is a voice mail and tears. It happens to all of us because life is unpredictable. Life is not permanent like a sharpie. Every moment and second we have should be precious. How we spend our time using minutes like pennies is imperative to our future.

Recently, I have come to the realization of how precious time is. One of the servers I work with was battling cancer as a young 26-year-old. It hit us in surprise and it broke my heart to hear about it because she was sweet and pretty. (One of the really pretty ones.)
