PDPA Notice to Employees
The Company must meet its contractual, statutory and administrative obligations. We are committed to ensuring that the personal data of our employees is handled in accordance with the 10 principles set out in the PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) and the PDPC (Personal Data Protection Council) Guide to Data Protection.
The storage and processing of sensitive personal and customer data is part of our core business. It is therefore our duty to protect our data and information assets in relation to confidentiality, integrity and availability. This policy applies to the entire organization, our employees as well as contractors.
This PDPA Notice informs you what to expect when the Company collects personal information about you. It applies to all employees, ex-employees, agency staff, contractors, secondees and non-executive directors. However, the information we will process about you will vary depending on your specific role and personal circumstances.
