Birds from Pokémon Generation VIII and Their Real-Life Counterparts

Generation 8 of Pokemon, was introduced in Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield, as well as Legends of Arceus. These games introduce new regions called Galar and Hisui, as well as over 80 new Pokemon. Generation VIII. also introduces the Wild Area, vast open-world areas where players can encounter and catch wild Pokemon, a concept further developed in Generation IX.
