Reading has always been one of my favorite activities.

Reading improves your knowledge, attention, and perspective about everything.

Being an experimenter, I have tried many ways to incorporate healthy reading habits. When I say healthy reading habits, I mean sustainable habits that can be done every day.

Here are the top 10 practical ways that are working for me. It’s possible they won’t work for you, but there is only one way to find out.

Yes, you guess it right, via experiment. Try to develop a habit of doing things for 30 days, and see if you truly enjoy what you do. Life is too short to do boring, unproductive things.
