Now, as you can see, some top website links are shown on the Google search for this search term “best phones under $400 2022”.

This search term (best phones under $400 2022) is called “keyword” and the website and post ranking for this keyword is optimized around it.

The better we optimize our site for SEO the better will be our ranking in terms of search results positions on Google.

This way, we can say that the website “phonearena.com” (In the image share above) gets the 60% to 70% of website visitors (Traffic) for this search term.

Obviously, the more traffic you get the more you earn form ads, affiliate marketing and other monetisation options on your website.

Keywords:

As we have discussed earlier “Keywords” is something that many people search in Google and other search engines.

Keywords Density:

It defines the number of times a particular keyword has been used in your content copy or blog post.

It shouldn't be more than 1 to 2% or it will spam your work.

Internal Links:

This means the links (links from your own website/blog) that you add in your content of high-value posts related to your content add more value to it.

You need to include at least 1 internal link in every post.

External Links:

You need to add at least 1 third-party website and post links to your website to add more value.

A minimum of 1 link is needed for better ranking.

Backlinks:

Link of your website or posts added in other high authority sites to get more referral traffic and better SEO performance.

Broken Links:

Links added to your website posts or contents or web pages that are no longer working or deleted are called broken links.

You must not have any link that is not working, in other therm ist should never show a 404 error (Page not found).

SiteMap:

It tells the search engines such as Google how organized our website is. I mean, it includes the structured data of our website about all the pages, posts, likes, and comments on any website.

It is helpful for bots to find the right information.

This is a really important thing for your website. It basically tells Google and other crawlers about what should be listed for users and what not.
