If you recently overindulged, you might be experiencing some discomfort.

While some people love their bodies and feel comfortable in their bodies, others might want to change their appearance.

This can take the form of weight reduction if you fall into the second category.

Being at a healthy weight is vital since studies have shown that this can stave off ailments such as stroke and some malignancies.

Just last year the NHS launched an app that promises to help you shed a stone in weeks.

According to their Better Health Campaign, those who claimed they gained weight during the coronavirus pandemic did so by at least a half-stone.

One in five people said they gained one stone or more. The average weight gain among adults between the ages of 35 and 65 who gain weight is over 10 lbs.

1. Don’t skip breakfast
