Health is a topic that most of us take for granted. However, our health is the key to living a long and fulfilling life.

People are always talking about how to be healthy. If you go to a doctor, she always tells you about making healthy choices and staying active.

But, as I found out today, the doctor is not the only one to rely on for this advice.

Research, as focused on the concept of “health”, has brought to light the fact that staying healthy is actually much less about what you do and how much you eat, but much more about how you think and perceive the world.

Using two simple practices, I will explain how all of us can stay healthy.

One: Don’t Focus Only on Calories — But Also on Quality.

I cannot stress this point enough. Remember that calories aren’t the only component of good health, although they are important.

It is important to consume foods of good quality so that you can maintain a healthy and happy life.
