In our negative world, positivity is hard to find if you don’t have your mind set on it.

Training your brain to see more positivity is easier than you think.

Remember:
You cannot change the negativity in the world, but you can change your view. Accept the things you can’t change, and change the ones you can!

Benjamin P. Hardy talks a lot about the changes you have to make to become the future self you want to be. That means you need to let go of 80% of your current life because only 20% is beneficial for staying with your future self.

The habits and decisions that made you who you are today are not the ones that are helping you get to your future self.

In the last year, I’ve been changing my mindset to be more positive because I’m surrounded by a culture that likes to complain.

My change started with small daily habits I do consistently. My perspective changed, and I realized other things I needed to change.
