When done well daily morning mindful practices create a better life for all and give people of humble means the opportunity to prosper, maintain my mental focus and pay it forward to others in need.

You can’t just make this stuff up as you go along. My success is based on three areas of study

  1. Taoism: A philosophy of living mindfully,
  2. Applied game theory: A system for strategizing when dealing with others,
  3. Sun Tzu: The great Taoist military strategist.

Still, at the end of the day, it is my morning spiritual discipline that keeps me focused.
