It messes with your head, raises your heartbeat, and makes you second-guess your choices. Even more when you hear a piece of great news or when you get what you always wanted.

It just comes and goes. Everyday. Sometimes as soon as you wake up, sometimes in the middle of sleep. And at other times, when you’re having the best moments of life.

You find yourself trying harder every day, only to realize that you’re in the same place you started. This adds to the stress, thereby increasing anxiety levels.

‘What if I had a plan for everything?’

‘What if I could reverse those incidents and make things fine?’

‘How can I get things done with so little time?’
