The difference between a good writer and a great writer boils down to word choice and sentence flow. While those two facets encapsulate most of writing, in general, other components to consider when typing include voice, tone and style.
Developing an eye for good copy and a knack for your unique writing tone takes time through muscle memory and repetition. However, making minor adjustments can immediately positively impact your writing.

1) Shorter grafs
The days of long paragraphs are over. Video and other short-form content have pivoted the human brain to almost exclusively accept shorter content. Hence, shorter paragraphs are required to keep readers’ attention.
I prefer to keep paragraphs to a maximum of five lines or fewer. Typically, I average only three.
Think of paragraphs as nuggets of information. Those nuggets should not exceed what a reader can consciously remember in a short period of time. Smoothly guiding readers from one nugget to the next using shorter paragraphs will immediately improve the flow of your writing.
