What is a Habit Tracker?

To simply put it, a habit track is just a tool one can create to track one’s habit streaks. Most habit trackers can be found in many people’s bullet journal, but you don’t have to bullet journal to use one. All you need is a piece of paper and a pen.

How to Set Up Your Personal Habit Tracker

I love doing this in my Leuchtturm after my monthly calendar spread because the dot grid makes it super easy to draw out the chart. I would highly recommend using a ruler to create even, straight, and crisp lines!

All you need to do is create a column for each day and a row for each habit you want to track.

At the end of your day, sit down and fill in the boxes for the great habits you did or did not do. It’s as easy as that!

Habit Tracker Ideas

  1. Water consumption — 64oz each day
  2. Caloric intake is below target
  3. Eat healthy — No soda, coffee, alcohol, junk food, etc.
  4. Water plants
  5. Exercise — get your heart rate up!
  6. Stretch or meditate
  7. Cook at home
  8. Pay bills
  9. Publish blog post
