I smile every time out of flattery when someone says they hate me. They see that my body did not change much after having twins and I appreciate the compliment. This body gave birth to FOUR KIDS. To be honest, I wasn’t sure I was even going to snap back physically the way I did. As soon as I found out I was pregnant with twins I started thinking of a master plan on how I was going to get back in shape. Now realistically speaking I am not talking about having a flat tummy or six-pack abs, I’m talking about ENERGY like Beyoncé says in her song. What am I going to do to have energy? After having kids I already knew that the one major thing I will lose after giving birth is ENERGY. However, I am going to talk about how I planned to take care of myself after giving birth. This advice is for both men and women. I started asking mothers on social media who gave birth to twins a bunch of questions like, how long was the healing process? how long did it take to snap back what were some preexisting illnesses I should be mindful of? How painful will a C-section be? They were probably tired of my questions but I was determined to get answers. I have always been anemic…
