Online shopping is fun. Everyone does it. It takes away the pain and hassle from your life, and it makes things smoother, easier, and quick. But there is a catch — online shopping can also be addictive.

Modern e-commerce websites are designed in a way to hook the customer to the website and to make them spend more, and more — both, money and time.

When I moved into my new home with my husband last September, we realized that we needed many things to fill the gaps. We needed some new cutlery, some lights, and even big stuff like new furniture.

At first, I thought that I would browse some local stores here and see if things work because seeing things gives you a better idea of how they would look in your home. You can feel the texture and imagine them in your setting.

But soon I discovered that the prices of many things in brick and mortar shops were too high. I could find similar alternatives online, at a much cheaper price!
