It’s money, beauty, youth, success, as we know, you’ll be happy if they exist, but it was a story.

“When you first got the salary, you feel happy for, like, a few days.

But it is temporary and So is love, in part.

Married people are a little bit happier than singles.

In short, love, sex, money, youth, beauty, success, none of these has anything to do with happiness!”

You will say, “So what’s up?”

The first is “belief”.

For example, surrendering to a being greater than you. This is one of the important factors that increase people’s happiness.

People tend to face difficulties more easily and become more optimistic.

Then “friendship”!

Those who establish close and close relationships with their friends, families and circles are closer to happiness.

Then “do good”.

Visiting a nursing home regularly, helping a neighbour, writing a letter to grandma… Then giving thanks…

“The power of endings”.

So the end of something…
Turns out this was very important.

For example, if a relationship that made us very happy, ended in a breakup full of terrible fights and tears in the last week, we remember that relationship with that bad ending all our lives!

This result was also tested on a group of people who had a colonoscopy. Standard colonoscopy was performed on the first group of patients.

In the second group, standard colonoscopy was performed again, but then the device was left motionless for 60 seconds.

The patients in the second group found the application less uncomfortable than the first group since the part that hurts the patients is the period when the device is moving since the end of the examination ends with a painless 60-second period even though the application takes 60 seconds longer!

Such is the “power of the lasts”.

So pay attention to the last words, the last conversations, the last messages!

1- Life begins after 40!

2- There are 5 formulas for happiness: Believing, doing good, friendship, spending time with people you love and who love you, doing your job with love (this is very important in life does not pass), and giving thanks.

And we will ask the doctor not to move the instrument for the last 60 seconds!
