Let me tell you the story of a very busy CEO. His calendar was filled with meetings from dawn to dusk, every day. We have seen many busy CEOs, but this one set a new standard. He could not distinguish between important matters and unimportant tasks. Because he felt the need to schedule so many meetings, they were all short.
