May I ask:

How many of you are trying to lose or just maintain your weight?

How many of you are interested in nutrition?

How many of you like great flavor?

If you answer “I am” or “I do”, then you’re in the right place.

You’re in the -

Frugal Kitchen Warrior Zone”!

Sorry, I haven’t yet figured out a short musical refrain for that.

Super Squash Tip #1: Choose a nice squash — I have used large, medium, and small sizes.

Choose a firm spaghetti squash that’s free of soft spots and feels heavy for its size. The stem should be firm, dry and rounded. Avoid spaghetti squashes with cracks, soft spots or missing stems.

Also you want one that has a nice golden color.

Super Squash Tip #2: With a sharp knife, preferably larger than a paring knife, cut open the squash.
