Have you been around a grumpy person? Someone who is complaining all the time about their bad day? Picking on everyone, blaming other people, and putting them down? Chances are — you are dealing with a very unhappy person.

People can be happy or unhappy in life, depending on the circumstances. Usually, the situations that produce the desired outcome make us feel happy and vice versa.

It happens to all of us — we plan out our lives in a certain way, and when something goes awry, we feel upset.

When you are around an unhappy person, you can feel their state of unhappiness, and that can project onto you. Their negative energy sucks out all the life out of you, leaving you feeling drained.

Usually, you don’t want to be around them and you walk away.

The way you deal with a bad situation is different for everyone. The state of unhappiness can be temporary for one person but can have longer-lasting effects for another.

You either have the skills to bounce back from the unhappy state or you don’t. Those who don’t know how to climb out of bad situations will be stuck in the perpetual cycle of unhappiness.
