In 2019 Ikujiro Nonaka and Hirotaka Takeuchi published one of the best business books I have read, The Wise Company: How Companies Create Continous Innovation.

It is a fascinating sequel to their widely read and famous book from the mid-90s, The Knowledge-Creating Company, that established knowledge management as a core strategic element of the business.
