75 Hard — My Version of The Ultimate Challenge
I'm adding one extra daily goal to my challenge
Look! I've always struggled with my weight. I'm not ashamed of it, but I need to start losing weight due to health reasons.
I'm over 37 years old and not the youngest anymore. My daily work routine and commute do take their toll on me.
Last year in April, I quit smoking after almost 20 years. So that was my first step into leading a healthier lifestyle.
Now, I want to lose weight.
I'm 187 cm and 120 kg (This translates to 6'2 and 265 lbs), and I want to reach 100–105 kg — I have a long way in front of me. Since the beginning of February this year, I have started intermittent fasting (16:8) — I fast for 16 hours daily and only eat in 8 hours. I also count the calories I consume.
Two days ago, I saw a video on TikTok about the 75 Hard challenge, and I wanted to learn more about it. I switched to YouTube, watched 2–3 videos there, and decided for myself — What do you have to lose, let's start with the challenge.
