I used to struggle with waking up early for years. And truth be told, I’ve never been a morning person. Being an owl, the transition from an owl to a lark has not been an easy journey for me. For a long time, I couldn’t understand how early risers boasted about their success with their early morning routines. I thought it was out of my reach until I developed the habit myself.
