Jackman has been ruling the abs game for decades, and even in his 50s, he remains an icon of fitness.

When asked about staying fit at his age, Hugh said:

“I feel so much better. I haven’t put on nearly the amount of fat I normally would, and the great thing about it is I sleep so much better. Over the years, I’ve learned how to maintain a physique, and what I’ve learned is that you can’t rush it. Fitness takes time.”
