A Beautiful Story From Al-Quran Which Tells You Not to Be Arrogant of Your Assets

Two friends, one was plentiful, and the other was poor and how the situation turned upside down for them.

In this article, I am going to explain something from the Quran. So obviously this story is true that happened some years ago. There lived two friends; one of the friends was arrogant and presumptuous for his wealth. He felt superior of others. He had two gardens of grapevines covered with beautiful almond trees, and there were crops between gardens and a river also flowed through the gardens. He also had a big and beautiful family, with a lot of children. In short, he was wealthy in every aspect of his life.

On the other hand, the other friend was not very rich with less number of children. He was living from hand to mouth, but he did not feel discontented and thanked Allah for everything.

One day, both of them met and started conversing about different things. The first friend said,

I am more than you in wealth and stronger in respect of men.”(Al-Quran, 18:34)

And then he entered his garden and said,

“I think not that this will ever perish. And I think not the Hour will ever come, and if indeed I am
