1) What type of yoga do you practise and how often?

I practice Hatha, jnana, bhakti (which I can’t spell), karma, and raja yoga. Within hatha, I practice asana, pranayama and yoga nidra.

(If you don’t know what those are, here are some single-word translations: ‘hatha’ is power, or force, and is generally associated with asana (posture) yoga practice; ‘jnana’ is knowledge and involves research and study; ‘bhakti’ is devotion or love and can involve worship or ritual though for me it is an acknowledgment of the power of compassion, or love…
