I used to think changing my life involves a miracle or a lifetime of patience.

  • 1 year of hard work
  • 5 years of consistency
  • 10 years of prayer

I thought I’d have to change where I live, grow my money in my bank account, find new people to hang out with, etc.

It’s way too hard and unrealistic.

It’s impossible to do it in 30 days.

The truth is it can happen overnight, but not for many people.

It involves changing your mindset. The problem is people would change their mindset for a day or two. Then go back to their old selves when something unwanted happens.

It’s easy to have a positive mindset when everything is good.

It’s easy to keep up with your new routine when you have enough sleep or you don’t get presented with temptations.

It’s easy to be cheerful and friendly when you get along with your coworkers.

It’s easy to get money when you have existing clients.

But it’s when it’s hard to stick to a positive mindset when things are not going your way.
