A Little Pause to Think..

No, no friend, I don’t want money. It’s just for the kid, her smile makes me happy.

What was the last thing you gave away expecting nothing?

When was the last time you did a simple act of kindness? Was it yesterday or was it couple of months back?

To a simple act of kindness, you don’t need millions.

We can give away a small sum of money, maybe a cloth that doesn’t fit you anymore or it can be something as simple as a glimpse of a warm smile to appreciate someone.

When it comes to this simple act of kindness, to give away something, for some reason, we humans take the longest time to think.

Haven’t you noticed, that whenever we are thinking to give away something, there’s this second thought? A second thought, which will question the exact necessity of your kindness.

If it’s to give away a small sum, this second thought will doubt, whether he will spend that on food or waste that money on alcohol.

If it’s a piece of cloth, the second thought will assure, you’re going to lose weight and that cloth will fit like a glove.

If it’s a simple smile, the same thought will suppress you, telling that it is not required
