A frequent reader knows I’m an experimental man. I developed this mental model of putting everything into practice and sharing it with the broader audience if it's worth it.

In the beginning, I shared only successful experiments. For example, I did 20 squats every day for 30 days and drank olive oil for 30 days.

I shared my findings based on the following criteria.

  • I shared if I completed the challenge.
  • I shared if and only if I saw any difference.

However, in the past few months, I have changed my system. I learned that it's possible that an experiment or a challenge won't work for me but might work for someone else. After all, we are unique, and everyone brings their own point of view.

Okay, enough rambling about my experimental or 30-day challenges lifestyle. Let's try to justify the topic.

Everyone loves to read. I have not met a single person who says reading is a waste of time. However, there are a couple of problems.

  • Reading is a habit that takes time to develop.
  • How do we remember everything we read?
