A Small Christian College
And the "Real Animal House"
Walking onto campus and into the dorm for the first time was a jolt to the senses. The urgent desire to run was immediate. Then I remembered that I was surrounded by miles and miles of corn and bean fields in the middle of seemingly nowhere.
The first thing I noticed was the well-aged and threadbare emerald green carpet. The second thing was the interior, in which the walls were painted multiple times over the years with a faded, gloomy, and glossy gray paint.
