While these actions will undoubtedly have real consequences that deserve our attention, their first goal is to create chaos and panic. Understanding this strategy gives us the power to choose how we respond.
Yes, some policies will affect us and those we care about. That’s real, and it’s okay to feel worried or upset. But we don’t have to let those feelings control or dictate our actions. We can fully acknowledge our fears while staying grounded in reality and focused on what truly matters.
In the coming days, I encourage you to find your support system — your trusted friends, family, and community members who share your values. Together, you can create a strategy for staying informed and taking necessary action without becoming overwhelmed. Think of it as finding your balance in turbulent waters.
