We often see ourselves struggling with anger, and here I am telling you that it doesn’t exist.

Anger according to me is just our own annoyance against things. You see there’s annoyance bar inside of us, it fills up bit by bit. We often get annoyed with things that are natural, then definitely it’s going to fill up fast.

Once it reaches the top it gets converted into a sudden outburst. It stays only for a moment or do then it fades.

Anger anger is nothing more than a sudden outburst.

You won’t see yourself getting angry for 3 hours straight. That is because it isn’t our nature to be angry. Even the most violent sort of person yearns for some kind of peace.

Just think about how silly is it to think that there is an annoyance bar inside of us, next time you get annoyed just think about it and laugh it off.

When your annoyance is at the top, you’ll have an almost irresistible feeling that if you project your annoyance outside it would satisfy you. Don’t give in to it.

If you give in to it, you will lose control of everything ,and in that moment you might do something which you won’t be able to undo even by struggling all your life.

Angle doesn’t exist but whatever it is, it has its effects, it has its pains.

It’s hard to get rid of this feeling but it’s not impossible. When you get this annoying feeling remember this article and laugh/smile. It will get better one day.

Thanks for reading.

Give the story some claps if you liked it.
