Are You Exhausted? Do These Things!
Today I feel exhausted. There are too many things I’ve planned for this day. And I did almost all of them. I still have to finish some small tasks. But I feel exhausted. What should I do?
How many times have you faced this feeling? I mean how often do you feel you don’t want to do anything? You don’t want to focus, move, and do anything else. You want just to watch videos, play games, or do anything else.
I feel at the moment the same. I have added some habits to my life, and writing is one of them. I still believe that I can become a good writer. And I have a goal to write daily, at least 200–300 words. It’s a good point to start and to build a writing skill.
But today I felt that I couldn’t write a word. I was ready to play games for hours or watch YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok. Then I said to myself that I needed to put some discipline here.
So I started reading a book. I read it for 10 minutes and felt that I didn’t get anything from it. Then I cleaned everything in my house and set a timer for 10 minutes to meditate.
It sounds strange, but those 10 minutes felt like 2 hours. I felt bored a little bit, but at the same time, I got some relaxation. Finally, I said to myself that I could do it. I take my laptop and write only one article and then watch any video I want.
