Are you Pro-Therapy?

Some questions need to be answered

The main goal of therapy is to improve one’s life through emotional-mental support. People with mental health problems go there to work on themselves to better themselves.

An extreme answer is unwanted here. You ask someone, is therapy useful, they’ll say yes, of course it is. But people are beginning to realise it is not for everyone.
