Just look at it.
Don’t think about anything else now, just observe this simple glass of water.
Don’t try to label it, to attach any concepts to it (like thinking if it’s a fancy glass or an old glass, etc.).
Right now, it’s just a glass of water, and it’s the only object that matters at this moment.
Give it your full attention.
Notice it has a shape, and it has space inside, an empty space.
And it’s that emptiness that makes it useful for you.
It’s that empty space that makes it important now, that allow you to use it to contain precious water, an essential component for your life.
