to believe in what binds us all together.

What makes us yearn for common ground with our fellow humans? Do you feel a need to connect to the world and share it with your family friends and lovers? What is the universal truth that your peers are seeking? What makes us similar to our neighbours? What do we share? Where is the common ground?

In my short time on this amazing planet, we call earth, I have come to believe there is abundance in what unites us, rather than divides us if we chose to recognise it. I am going to try harder to recognise this and in small ways highlight to others what I believe binds us together.

to stand up for your rights.

Everyone has their own battles and rights to defend. Centuries ago people rose up against oppression and wrote about what binds us all together to protect the greater good of mankind. I know that word is politically incorrect, but I am referring to rights fought before freedoms we have today. Magna Carta in 1215 when rights did not exist, understanding of the world was very different to today’s more equitable language. Although we still are likely centuries…
